5 Minute Journaling starts again

 I'm back, trying to do a daily blog post for 5 minutes each day. The odds are low that I'll do more than 1, almost definitely less than 10.

I'm 65 and a half. That's f'ckn old. I feel old and young at the same time.

I started this again because I came across some of the things I wrote in 2017, and it was interesting.

Israeli vs. Iran war is going on now, I think 8 days. The Jews just can't live in peace, their Moose limb friends always wanting to genocide them. I'm thinking of not watching videos on this as it's too upsetting. I feel bad for both sides of an endless war. But the Moose limbs will win (I hope not). Colonizing the genocidal system of Is-lamb seems to win in the long run.

A heat wave is currently underway on Long Island.

Today I want to clean up my mess. 

Have stuff at work to do, and plan to go to Planet Fitness today.

Went on vacation to Riverhead and ate at a restaurant that was fancy with crappy reviews. I posted a review and the owner replied, so I deleted the review. 

Saw my son and family on Father's Day at my sister's new place. 

Oh I just realized I have to renew a domain, KP4S.com. which I just did for $13.48

I'm currently into Bitcoin, though probably shouldn't say this. Price is between $104K and $106K. I don't own a lot but part of me wants the price to go down to get a "bargain" and part to go up to make a profit.

Was thinking of buying Tesla stock based on a YouTuber prices was $320 per share and Robotaxi is starting this Monday. I thought what if something happens to Elon Musk, what happens to the stock price.

At work I was having a problem with Naveen. He delayed my work by not approving stuff by 16 days. 

I had to get 2 approvals from him, one for an Initial Risk assessment and one for a Plan Tollgate. 

For the Plan Tollgate, I did the following:

• 6/4 set Naveen email telling him he would receive a system-generated email
• 6/5 set up meeting for Initial Risk assessment, one person approved by sending me an email with "approve"
• 6/6 one of the approvers didn't have access so I put in an ARM request
• 6/9 I set up a meeting for Iniital Risk Assessment with Naveen bc he didn't approve
• 6/9 some confusion as to what's in the project
• 6/10  2 pm
• When do you think you'll be able to approve the Risk Assessment by because I'm on vacation
• 6/12 8 am Hi Naveen the Risk assessment is still not approved
• It shouldn't take more than 2 minutes
• We need your approval as (his role)
• Do you think you could do it today, I thought you were going to do it on Tuesday
• We have other steps to complete that are stuck until the Initial risk assessment is approved
• 6/17 Sent to Team email for Plan tollgate approval
• I'll be releasing the automated email in next few minutes
• Please let me know if you have any questions
• The project already passed QA check
• Let me know if you want to meet with me
• 6/18 Sent him email 
• Action Required
• Thank you Owen and Bob for approving the plan tollgate
• Naveen we still need your approval to start deploying to this project. The email is from ..... and looks like the following (picture of email)

• If you can find 2 minutes to approve it, it will be appreciated
• 6/19 Sent him an invite to a meeting for the Plan tollgate
• Sent him a Data Quality report with "Naveen, we are on the DQ Report pending your approval of the highlighted item - 6/19
• Set up a meeting and said in the invite "I can cancel meeting if you approve this" - This worked 6/20/2025
