 Disappointed that my weight is over 180 today, 181.2. Back pain is still there but a little less than yesterday. It's cool outside right now, and having a barbell bar and BPC (BulletProof Coffee). Thinking about my son, and he still lives with me, at age 27.  Read James Clear's 3 2 1 blog, and it was good. I've got to find it. Held off on 2 knives I want to buy. One in S90V for $89 and another for $158 in 15V, as there were rumors that you couldn't get a blade in this steel.  A lot of Back pain yesterday, from gardening. Took 2 Tylenols, went on a Bike ride but took it slow due to back pain. Went to Trader Joe's for food and C was asking me what do I need. I asked her if I could give her some advice for Max but she said no, he spends 2 hours with me on the weekends. Construction continues on the house, they removed the treadmill. Having problem finding words :( like treadmill. I need a week off just to clean up. Weight was 178.8 which is better but still having trouble losing weight. Had plantains with chicken and cheese and blood sugare wasn't bad as I thought it would be high in 170's  At work having a lot of problems getting data from JSON format. Used grok to help me.  Moved to laptop I bought because old laptop 10 year old Toshiba is having problem with keyboard and now having a problem with bluetooth keyboard.
