Monday Monday and it's a Hot one

 My weight was down to 177 lbs. today.

It's a hot one, I rode yesterday for 20 miles.

Today's plan is to go to gym Planet fitness.

I went, saw Barry but couldn't stay long.

Working out seems to affect my work productivity as I take 1.5 hours at the gym, need 0.5 to 1 hour eating and watching TV and then need a nap
