Sunday Sad about lack of weight loss

Goals

  1. Clean up house/junk
  2. W < 170  
  3. Health (do exercises to go from on my knees to standing)
  4. More things to do than watching TV

Weighed > 180 or 180.2 today

  • Dinner at Miller's Ale House on Saturday Night and it wasn't that crowded. 2 TV had blue turned to green and yellow turned to pink. Had Nachos $17.00 and chicken and wraps, and 22 o
  • I have to try fasting or skipping deserts

Annoyances

  • Very annoying that my Logitech keyboard keeps losing the connection 
Work
  • Went through a number of recordings and decided to try to A1R2 for each video I add I have to remove 2
  • Worked a couple of hours on status report
Biked
  • Rode about 1.5 hours to the green house in Massapequa
  • Ordered a lock from Amazon

  • In city with her friends, she seems to miss me almost as if her friends are complaining about their partners
Today
  1. Need to finish status report
  2. Clean up the house
  3. Backyard gardening
  4. Walk dogs
  5. LDJ research (be part of a group and/or bonding experience 
  6. Front yard
  7. Finish Basement
  8. Get garage ready, nothing to steal in there
Don't do
  • go to gym, 1.5 hours + 1.5 hours rest = 3 hours
Did
  • Ordered a bike lock and some spray paints, the lock to come between 4 am - 8 am
Memory
  • I have a problem leaving the oven turned on
  • I was going to check with grok about a Tent sale sign but forgot right away and then saw another sign
