Wednesday Wife Quits her Job

• C quit her job and didn't tell me until she got home, I'm a little mad at her that I have to make the $ in the house, but she was fed up with the lying from her boss and got underpaid by him compared to other lawyers
• Wife is going out with friend on Saturday to city. This gets me angry, she just saw the friend and could go out near our house
• Sadie was really nervous from the thunder storms
• Didn't walk dogs due to the heat and weather
• Sadie gets fearful when M wakes up and goes to the bathroom

Health

• Didn't bike or work out yesterday as I was very busy at work 
• Weight is down at 178.6
• One bars seem to really raise my blood sugar also the keto ice cream I had, I think due to the very ripe banana

Work

• Fun automating the AC and sending and replying to emails
• Today I'm working on the Epics
• I didn't tell Nesli and Bobby but they didn't start anyway which is worrisome
